Our Background

A founder and Managing Director is a professional mechanical technologist in the field of mechanical engineering manufacturing and design and maintenance with over 15 years of experience in the field of maintenance management, manufacturing & design engineering, contract & project management and as well general operations support management. PEFF Founder saw an opportunity in a market where skills scarcity became a challenge in the service provider and socio-economy environment. 

He then opted to resign on a day to day work and pursue a career in the entrepreneur industry which was his long term career from childhood. Today's market and environment requires a skill to enter the market and it was so easy for him to engage on a few projects to start and develop there. As founder he still experiences challenges on day to day business as PEFF Group is growing and never looks back for an excuse but rather working every minute of a day to bring development and introduce junior staff in the field of work and empower them. PEFF Group is a legacy development project for the next generation and growth within Southern and beyond Africa.
